Honoro Vera Organic Monastrell comes from organically certified vineyards (compliance with EU and USA guidelines). Poor limestone soils with very little rainfall (<30mm) produce top quality grapes without the use of any pesticides or herbicides. A fruity red with black cherry, blackberry and plum, and a nice acidity and light tannin make it pleasant to drink.
